Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your boba beverages from Infiniteaboba.co. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns and exchanges for unopened and unused products. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.
Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
